FOOD – BASED DETOX PROGRAM, do not miss it!

TO ALL of us who want to lose weight and be happy, let me share my AM email from my ND that came as a friendly reminder of my 2018 Intention.

EAT WELL to LIVE EVEN BETTER, in 2018!

My Food-Based Detox Program is starting on Tuesday evening, January 23, 2018. There are still a few spots left, so if you know of anyone who would benefit from learning to eat healthier, taking a break from foods that weigh us down while boosting our intake of highly nourishing foods, I’d really appreciate it if you would please let them know about the program.

Here are photos of a couple of the many breakfast options in the detox program, to help give people an idea. The first one is a papaya boat with blueberries, hemp hearts, a drizzle of coconut milk and squeeze of lime. The second one is steel-cut oats with cinnamon, hemp hearts, unsweetened hemp milk, and a mixture of yummy fruits.
