“ONE ON ONE” yoga therapy session will be tailored to your needs and desires. It supports you with your recovery from injury/ trauma, addresses many health/ mental condition, improving postural habits, range of motions, chronical pain or persistent conditions, or your personal inner jounrey for Happiness and Peace.
TYPES OF SESSIONS:
- In-person (following all Health Covid19 regulations) in my home studio, yours home or outdoors. Outside of Great Victoria travel expenses will be applied.
- Virtual sessions via Zoom.
- HYBRID – combination of both/ in-person ( indoor or outdoor) + virtual
- 75 minute, single session $ 90
- Set of 75 minute, 3 sessions $ 230 / With PDF home yoga practice resources
- Set of 75 minute, 6 sessions $ 540 / With recording + Home practice chart/ yoga resources

A FLOW OF YOGA THERAPY
After our FREE initial phone consultation, to determine if my services are best suited to your needs, you will receive an intake form/waiver/health – wellness questions by email. This will help me to assess your health history, current treatments and medications, physical, mental and emotional conditions, and your desired outcome for this yoga therapy session(s).
During YT session(s) you will be: assessed and your home yoga practice will be customized for you reflecting your needs and desire. Every time, we will assess and revise/ adjust your program accordingly presenting changes. You will receive the necessary yoga tools/ techniques to support yourself on your active self-healing journey.
Yoga therapy is a complementary modality; therefore, it is recommended to continue your personal/ medical/ health routine advised by your health practitioners. If you wish, I can collaborate with your health practitioners team to create a balancing program to reach your desired outcome with joy of team success.
