FALL YOGA: New Moon – time to make your plans!

BLACK MOON, second new moon in a month, will come on August 31, 2019. It will be a great time to plan ahead. Not only it will give us a chance to evaluate the events from the past month, it’s also great time start to think ahead for August and Fall. Whether you want to make a change around your life, or your body, the night of the 31st will be the time to get your priorities straight.

“You create your reality by what you think and what you do. Create inner peace that will replace anxiety and fear. Use your heart and mind to improve your life and business. A life that you build based on your deepest values.  This empowers you to overcome obstacles.  What would you do if you were ten times bolder?” ~ Kelley

Chakra awareness with its benefits can create a new health paradigm for many of us.

JULY has been intensive month for redirecting your life in many areas. Definitely, it was intensive and confusing time for me! ( I happily retired from my nursing career!) It seems to me all changes came from the above – a taskmaster Capricorn, as a Divine navigator, in this month. Misunderstandings, frustrating, and difficult questions around our ambitions keep coming at us hard and fast. In order to adapt to (and even benefit from) these astrological events, remember the message of the first new moon: Go slowly, answer setbacks with resourcefulness, and view challenges as opportunities for growth.

YOGA is highly recommended as a self tool for our life upgrade.

You can change your life by focusing on your life taking an action on the mat. Either you want your body be more flexible and strong, more balanced life, or simple to calm your mind. Here is summery of Fall 2019 yoga classes by Veronika that might assist you in your transformation into new YOU! Become a co-creator of your life, registrant you yoga class and use intention to focus on your desirable outcome.

“The real meditation practice is how we live our lives from moment to moment to moment.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn

“Take charge of your life. Do what is right for you. Listen to your soul. Your soul holds your soul agreements. That is what you have come to do and with whom. What are you attracting? Do you like what you are attracting? If not, change yourself. You are your point of attraction. The energy you send out is the results you get back. Change your habits that are not working. Change your behavior. You will change your life for the better. You can love your life. You can love your work. What is holding you back? Who or What is in your way to your happiness. ~ Kelley Rosano

YIN YANG YOGA – New for Fall Yoga, 2019
19+ yrs

Yin Yang yoga is a practice that balances the dynamic Yang (Sun) with the slower paced Yin (Moon) yoga. This class will start with a more active and dynamic practice to energize and strengthen the body. The Yin style will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind to close the practice. Practicing the balancing act of life throughout yoga practice improves energy and strength while promoting relaxation and well-being. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and energized.

Sneak peak into first class, a starting definition:

Yin / Yang: Two halves that together complete wholeness. Yin and yang are also the starting point for change. When something is whole, by definition, it’s unchanging and complete. So when you split something into two halves – yin/yang, it upsets the equilibrium of wholeness. Both halves are chasing after each other as they seek a new balance with each other.

“Let New Moon on August 31 assist you in choosing right class for your life. See you in a class!”
