YOGA: HOW can you become happier and healthier?

A year from today will you be happier, healthier and more peaceful than you are now? If you meditate, then the answer is YES! I listened to my yoga students’ worries and concerns, and then,  I created my new therapeutic program MEDITATION 911 that holds a seed for better future for all participants.

HOW CAN YOU BENEFIT FROM MEDITATION 911?

The ways to meditate are as varied as the benefits of meditation, and they all have the potential to transform your life in massively positive ways.

MEDITATION IS NOT “ONLY” FOR INDIAN MONKS

If you study yoga or mindfulness, you might learn more about brain work and you know that meditation is a tool that can be learned. Moreover, In Patanjali’s classic work, he describes yoga as “the progressive quieting of the fluctuations of the mind.” He goes on to explain that through dedicated practice and the cultivation of detachment, we will eventually let go of the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that cause our emotional pain, and become open to the experience of our true self.

Therefore, no matter where you are, if you have desire and put time in a process with a strong focus, you can progressively unlock magical power of your mind = life.
