 Day 06 – 08: JAIPUR – AGRA – DELHI

Followed by a drive to Agra (235 km, 5 hrs)  en route visiting Galtaji & Fatehpur Sikri. The vast complex of Galta Ji has several temples in it. The Temple of Galtaji is famous for its natural water springs. Set amidst the beautiful landscape, Galtaji Temple offers a picturesque view of the city. Galtaji is considered holy place, as Saint Galav spent his life meditating here. However, the temple was built later by Diwan Rao Kriparam, a courtier of Sawai Jai Singh II, in the 18th Century. The outstanding structure of the Temple looks more like a mansion or Haveli. Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar and served as the capital of Mughal. India from 1571 to 1585 AD. The remarkably preserved sprawling fortress houses many palaces notable amongst them for their architecture are Empress Jodha bai’s palace. The tomb “Salim Chisti Ka Mazar” was built in honor of Sufi saint Salim Chishti. It is a UNESCO World heritage monument. Arrive Agra and check-in at a hotel. OVERNIGHT IN AGRA.

TAJ MAHAL, known as one of the Seven wonders of the world, because of it’s Mughal architecture, but also known for its energetic attachment, LOVE DEVOTION. All was wowed sublimely into my travel. I found myself puzzling a question “How powerful relationship it was to create this? “ He loved her so much that this symbol was created as an embodiment of love throughout the universe between a man and woman. I was deeply touched by this monument. Her majesty, Mumtaz, the last wife of the Mughal emperor, died during a time giving birth to their 14th child. My personal “wow” moment came when I saw the date of her death. She died on June 17th, my birthday! This love without borders was my highest moment of this day tour to Agra.

Day 06th Oct: Agra – Delhi ( 220 Kms / 4 hrs )

Early Morning visits Taj Mahal for Sunrise and then return back to your hotel for breakfast. Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, UNESCO world heritage site. The monument has been described as the most extravagant ever built for love.  Check out your hotel after breakfast and then visiting – Agra Fort – This finest example of Mughal architecture was the seat of Mughal rule and administration and the present structure owes its origins to Akbar who erected the walls and gates and the first buildings on the eastern banks of Yamuna River. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions, later visit the tomb of I’timãd-ud-Daulah, known as the Baby Taj. Itmad-Ud-Paula has a special place in the chronicles of both histories as well as architecture. This is precise because Itmad Ud Daula is the very first tomb in India that is entirely made out of Marble. This is actually a mausoleum that overlooks the River Yamuna and is a tomb of Mir Ghiyas Beg, a minister in the court of Shah Jahan. Afterward, drive to Delhi. After arrival in Delhi check-in at the hotel. OVERNIGHT IN DELHI/

It was my name day back home when I met Yaseen. He came as a special present for me. I have an” elite” soulbond with him and his family, even though, we have never met in a real life, they were looking after me even before I hit the road running. He looked different from his Facebook picture, more like a man not like a boy anymore. He is a man in power with a gentle heart and many responsibilities on his shoulders. We hit it off and talked about life and our dreams.  We are dreamers and it created an invisible bridge that our souls crossed to visit our lives for a short time on my brief visit to Delhi. I didn’t see him afterward.
